Between 1885 and 1916, fifty Fabergé eggs were crafted for the Russian Imperial family. Each egg was meticulously designed with precious metals and gemstones, and each contained a unique surprise inside. During the tumultuous Russian Revolution, many of these eggs were lost or stolen. While many have been recovered, one of the most valuable eggs, the Third Imperial Egg, is still missing. Despite global efforts to locate it, its whereabouts remain a mystery.
